Brighter Skin With Peeling + Award! ^^

Hello hello! Long time no blogging, I know.. But I have my reason for it, I was having my semester test last week, so you know..
I have to concentrate on it.

Can you imagine writing 3-4 polio pages per test?? In total 8 subjects times 3, means I have to write 24 pages! Oh and I do mean write manually, BY HAND.. I have to rest my hands a bit here, haha..

So, now that the test is over, it’s time for a review! ^^

Everyone’s been asking how to make their skin brighter and more radiant, so this is it! What could be better way to start this new year rather than brighter skin, eh?? :)

The Face Shop Dewy Flower Clear Peel 150g.

The bottle is quite big! So worth the prize as it’s not too expensive.. :)

The description

The ingredients: many flowers in it! Jasmine, iris, lily, edelweiss, lotus, rose, freesia, also ginkgo biloba.. etc.. ^^

ok, before photo.. I tested on the back of my hand.

The texture is gel, after you start to massage it to your skin, it will dissolve to watery like.. Smells like flower! ^^

But at first when I put it in my palm, I thought the texture is similar like glue, haha.. :)

the result when you massage it, your skin will start to peel soon..keep on massaging it for 3-5 minutes..

and there you see the dead cells of my skin.. I thought my skin was fair, but look at that!

Waaahh.. Peeling really uncover your skin!

After 5 minutes, rinse it off with water..

After photo.. Voila!

My skin looks so much brighter with the light from Ms. Froggy, haha..

But! The result is really satisfying.. My skin feels so soft and like a baby..

It’s like born again in a new skin, hehe..

Ok, this is the result when I tested in the back of my hand, when I tested in my face for the first time, I have so many blemishes and redness cause of the acne, some of them are severe acne. But turns out, it doesn’t sting! Maybe cause it’s gel type, not cream with scrub.. So, it’s making my skin so moist but doesn’t make it squeaky clean.

But! I don’t recommend using this too often, because too many peelings is not good for your skin, it can make your skin has thin layer..=P

Me, I use this once every 5-7 days, if I have many activities outdoor, 4-5 days is sufficient, but if I just stay at home for the holidays (like now! haha), once a week is enough, and I also learn that if you keep your skin clean and free from dirt, your skin will also be less acne!

Oh and one more thing, if you expect that your skin will be DAZZLINGLY SUPER SPARKLY after using this, well.. haha.. you’ll have to wait for that, after you did the peeling thing, your skin will need some time to regenerate, for me it’s about 3 days, so after 3-4 days you’ll notice the difference! Your skin will grow new layer and you’ll find your skin more radiant! :)

I'm supposed to share 10 facts about me, so here goes..

1. I have "beauty gene" in my body! I just knew it recently! ^^

So, I have been wondering why I love beauty product so much, love to do makeup thing, and so keen about skincare, (you know the drill..hehe..) And it turns out that my Grandma used to own and run a beauty salon! Ha! No wonder.. hehe..

My mom told me this fact just recently, actually when I had my routine aspirin mask (gotta share that later..), and I was like.. "Ahh.. So that's why.."

Like Grandma, Like Mother, Like Daughter.. hahaha.. ^^

2. I hate coffee..

There, I told you guys.. I just don't like it..

When I was little, I sipped on my dad's cup of coffee, and because my dad only drinks the Medan (North Sumatra) Coffee (extremely bitter! >_<) I was so shocked and traumatized, hahaha.. And since that moment, I don't want to drink coffe again, ever..

When I go to Starbucks, I only buy the hot chocolate and the pastries, which is so yummy! hehe..

3. I'm a family-girl..

If you noticed this, I'm a really family person.. ^^

We're so tight, my mom, my bro and me.. You can see that from my many blog posts, hehe.. =)

4. I really want to go to Paris and study makeup there!

I have a HUGE Crush on Paris, and I have this dream since.. Forever! hehe.. Wish me luck! ^^

5, I'm Soo.. Not Organized..

I'm a spontaneous person, I don't really plan on my life, just let it flow. And I don't keep an agenda. Completely the opposite from my mom, hehe..

6. I'm a shy person.. Really!

Gosh.. I'm so embarrassed when I have to spill this out..hehe.. I was so shy when I prompted to a new environment and a new person. But it all changed when I started to grow up and mature.. I learn to be more brave and confident. YAY to that! haha.. ^^

7. Love music to the core

I really love music! I have maybe more than 500 CDs and MP3s in my house.. Many types of music in any languages.. I must bring my iPod with me everyday, otherwise I'll feel like a half of my soul is missing, hehe..

8. I love to eat!

I love sushi and all of the Asian cuisine..hehe.. But my fave drink is Fresh Coconut Water! ^^

9. I don't exercise or go to the gym

Never liked it anyway, hahaha... I keep my body fit by doing chores and many activities, but not sports or exercise.. Too lazy for that, hehehe..

10. I'm a mix of Indonesia-Philipines-Chinese

That's where I got this look.. Unique oriental face, my friends always say, hehe..

But I'm grateful of who I am, and how I look, because we are all special, right?? Cheers to that! Ganbei! ^^

You know, I'm new to beauty blogging myself, I can't believe that 3 months ago, I'm still in doubt to myself, "Will I ever succeed in writing (and managing) a beauty blog??" But hey, it's all paid off when it's come to this part.. ^^

I have so many friends from around the world, and I've met many people from different backgrounds, lots of new experience.. ^^ Although I can't deny I also have that writer-stuck moments.. I get so often think, "If I wrote this, will the readers love it?? Write, no.. Write, yes.. >_<"

Oh, and so many times I feel down, I feel I'm not pretty enough, blablabla... especially when I saw the other models on TV or Magazine..

BUT! I realized one thing.. when it comes to beauty blogging (and the real world, too..) it's not just about the look or the face or the appearance on the outside that makes us attracted to their blog.. It's also about their PERSONALITY, right?? Maybe I don't have a super flawless skin, so what?? We all have flaws.. Nobody's perfect.. But we like their blogs, because how they write it, it reflects their personality.. and we love their personality.. we want to be their friends..^^

And so..I really hope that this awards will be a motivation for all of you, like it has motivated me, to become more creative, more beautiful and moreee... more what ya?? Oh ya! More passionate in beauty blogging, of course.. ^^ (I've become speechless when it comes to this part.. I'm so not good at speech, hehe..)
