These pieces are from Topshop & Republic and i've been loving these for some time now, and when I have the money hopefully i'll be able to purchase A few of these things!
I love the cord hotpants and the butterfly blouse especially, as they are so this season, so on trend and are the kind of items which can be worn next season too.

weekend wardrobe...

Just a few (overexposed) shots of what I wore out and about yesterday afternoon... the sweater was a sweet thrift store find that I scooped up for $3 last year, yet somehow it hadn't seen the light of day until this weekend. It's soft and cozy, plus it's long enough to throw on over leggings and not feel scandalous... always a bonus, right? It reminds me of something my mom would have worn in the late 80s/early 90s, complete with shoulder pads (which I ripped out immediately) and a wicked crest detail. What can I say? Some things just never get old...

What I Wore To College : Day Five

Today I'm wearing a caramel chunky knit cardigan, which is a bargain from Desire Clothing! It's an unusual colour which i'd not normally wear and a different design but i've had so many lovely comments from wearing this, I love this jumper!

I love how at the front of this jumper, it's got a gorgeous rip detail effect which makes it very unique. I love how with this jumper, you can throw it on will a long sleeved top and a pair of leggings. Mine are from Topshop.

One of my most recent purchases is from Online Jewellery Store Chelsea Doll. I'm a huge fan of their antique necklaces! This Antique Gold Oval Baroque Necklace is £10 from Chelsea Doll. It's a necklace you can wear with anything and that you'll wear year after year!


These are one of my favourite pairs of Military Boots and they are now in the sale for £20 from Linzi Shoes I wear these all the time and are great for those casual day-to-day outfits!

She's changing fashion. Each week she's on the X-factor. With her plain dresses and old 1950's style. I love everything Rebecca Ferguson wears, and I love how she's bringing soul back to the x-factor.

Cher Lloyd's Style: Chav or Icon?

All my British readers will be able to relate a lot to this, and possible my foreign readers which watch hit tv series X-factor online. Cher Lloyd is a 17-year-old a-level student, who's got through to the live shows on the X-factor. She rose to the world's attention when she sang Soldier Boy's 'Turn ma swag on' for her audition and ever since she's been known for her stand out fashion choices!
So i've decided to write a post about is she a chav with her style, or is she a new fashion icon for young women?

She looks stylish enough in these photos for a 17-year old in these photos, she's got a very unique style and is known for walking around stage in stiletto high heels and baggy trousers!

But in these photos, she's clearly a typical british 'chav' walking around in baggy grey tracksuit bottoms, wearing adidas jackets and hi-top sneakers. The only glamorous thing is probably her Paul's Boutique bag!

As the show goes on, she's having clothes given to her, so she's beginning to look more stylish (like the last 3 photos). But still wears her signiture grey tracksuit bottoms & Hi-tops.

Going Gaga

Why not wear the a top with the worlds biggest music star on?
I suppose there's so controversy about Gaga right now...

In my opinion this is just crazy. Lady Gaga has gone too far. I saw this on the tv and i was truely shocked. Who would do this? only Gaga of course. But I know this is just another publicity stunt but really. a dress made a meat, and she thinks it looks attractive? what do you think?
Well anyway back to my Gaga top (Which i do love despite the meat issue)

Well anyway, this Gaga Top is a new favourite of mine. It's a casual vest with an interesting Gaga Print and at £15.99 any Gaga female fan would be mad not to have this in their wardrobe.

Motel Rocks & Linzi Shoes

I am so sorry guys for not updating recently, been so busy with all my a-level work! But i'm back now and this is an outfit i wore to sixth form the other day, it was lovely and bright on a plain and boring British day!

As you know by now, I'm a huge fan of Linzi Shoes & Motel Rocks, and wear an item by them practically everyday. But I suppose in a way, this is one of my favourite outfits yet. I have dressed down this 'Sisi Motel Rocks dress' by adding a pair of black brogues & tights. This is perfect for making anyone of your summer floral dresses, into being perfect for winter AW/2010!

I am a huge fan of floral dresses, and especially ones by Motel Rocks, if you haven't bought a Motel Rocks dress yet, you really need too, they are an essential in every girl & woman's wardrobe!

I lost count how many times, random people commented me for my outfit when i wore this. People kept telling me i brightened up their days and so on. It was lovely.

This Motel Rocks dress, has such a gorgeous floral pattern. It's perfect for all year round and at £35, it's another wardrobe must-have. I am so glad this i have this dress!
It's an aline skater dress and is shaped at the bust for a flattering fit. I would wear this with brogues and thick tights in the winter, and with bare legs and sandals in the summer!

These brogues are a new love of mine this winter, they are only £17 from Linzi Shoes!
Another bargain, this whole outfit is under £60! (Yes everything!)
anyway, back to the brogues... they are cheaper than the New Look versions and they are nicer in my opinion. They aren't shiny plastic looking brogues, they are matt. and probably the second comfiest pair of shoes to wear, appart from UGG boots!
I love the pattern at the top of these brogues, it's very retro!

I AM WEARING JEANS!!

Okay this maybe the biggest shock ever to my followers which have followed me from the start of my blog last year, but ever since i was 11/12 i've not worn jeans. I've not liked jeans, I always thought they didn't suit me, until I saw this pair by Goi Goi @ Ark Clothing

When I bought them and the mini skirt (will be shown in next post) and then they came the next day, I just had to take a picture of the wrapping, it was just far too pretty!

I wore this outfit with my favourite pair of clogs by So You Shoes!

These High-waisted hareem Goi Goi Jeans are perfect for summer! They are elasticated at the bottom and so they can be worn with some gorgeous gladiator sandals!

Close up on the top of the jeans, I love how they are high waisted and stand out from any other normal pair of jeans!

Close up on the buttons of the jeans which I love, I love how the jeans don't just have a simple zip as a fastening!

I really like how interesting the back of the jeans are and love how they have a 'Goi Goi' label at the back, these jeans are really lovely for summer and I shall be wearing them all summer long!
