I hesitated long and hard before deciding to share this letter. Some might find the language objectionable. I ultimately decided that it could be an effective wake up call because it so clearly reveals the frustration and damage perpetrated on unsuspecting consumers by sleazy auto-ship companies.
If it forewarns or helps anyone deal with these con artists, I’m glad. If it offends any readers, I apologize in advance.

i’ve tried calling your customer service dept. several times only to be put on hold so long, i couldn’t wait anymore. this is going to be the third correspondence with you and it will be the last before i take legal action.
i signed up for your "free trial offer" crap with the "online fulfill two options and get a free blackberry" campaign, and so far, i’ve called and cancelled my free trial period crap with you and you took 29.95 from my account, then today i look at my account info, you took 69.99 and 7.99 out of my account again, and i have yet to receive a thing from you and i am calling authorities and go to the fraud dept. at my bank and have you investigated immediately if you do not reverse the charges on my account asap.
this is fraud, and theft outright stealing from me.
