How Rapid Lash Eyelash Renewal Serum Compares to neuLash

Grow Longer LashesWe know that eyelash growth products which contain certain prostaglandin analogues work. The photos above are our test subject’s lashes after three months of using Peter Thomas Roth’s Lashes to Die For. Lashes to Die For contains the prostaglandin analogue 17 Phenyl Trinor PGE2 SA. You can read Tester An’s Report here.

Rapid Lash Eyelash Renewal Serum and neuLash both contain a newer prostaglandin analogue, Isopropyl Cloprostenate. The compound appears in the Rapid Lash ingredient list as “Alcohol Denat (and) Isopropyl Cloprostenate” and in the neuLash list as “Cyclopentenoic Ester”.

When neuLash was launched last year, Richard Carieri, CEO of Skin Research Laboratories, told CosmeticsDesign.com that the company’s formulators effectively extracted and developed the Isopropyl Cloprostenate and then combined it with a bioengineered polypeptide, as well as a combination of targeted vitamins to maximize the efficacy of the product.

How do Rapid Lash and neuLash compare? The formulas are almost identical. In Rapid Lash, the active prostaglandin ingredient is 14th out of 23. In neuLash, it is 13th out of 22. The single difference ahead of the active prostaglandin analogue is that Rapid Lash includes Sea Water. In other words the active prostaglandin ingredient is more dilute in Rapid Lash.

After the active prostaglandin ingredient, the lists are again identical until the very end. There we see that Rapid Lash also has slightly less Polypeptide-23.
