Review of Cover Girl Exact Eyelights Collection

Yesterday I reviewed Cover Girl Exact Eyelights Eye-Brightening Waterproof Mascara.

Today let’s move on to Cover Girl Exact Eye-Brightening Eyeliner and a few comments on the eye shadows quads from the Exact Eyelights Collection.

I purchased Cover Girl Exact Eye-Brightening Eyeliner for blue eyes. It is exactly the color I would have picked on my own (without the Cover Girl label which essentially says, “If you have blue eyes, THIS IS FOR YOU!”).

The shade is named Radiant Sapphire and it really is. I like this eyeliner a lot. It is just the right diameter and softness for easy and perfect application every time. Reminds me of kohl eyeliners, except this one doesn’t smear once you’ve applied it like kohl liners tend to do. In fact, it stays in place all day, even when allergies make my eyes water.

Two thumbs up. Can I give a higher score?

Cover Girl Exact Eye-Brightening Eye Shadows

I haven’t bought the Exact Eye-Brightening Eye Shadows but just took a look at the color collections.

Here again I really preferred the color choices for everyone else’s eyes. LOL. The shadows for blue eyes seem bland to me (though I know I actually have blue-gray eyes – not true blue).

If you’ve got brown, green or hazel eyes, these color collections are outstanding.
