Progress Report on Dark Eye Circle Treatments

Aylin and I have been corresponding about her dark eye circles. Other people, even those trying to sell her products to treat them, have told her they’re not that bad. But when Aylin looked in the mirror, the dark circles were all she could see. Plus at age 28, if she didn’t find something to treat them, they could only get worse.

Here’s Aylin’s report after nine weeks.

I … want to report back on the dark circles around my eyes [after using NewPeptin and Avon Anew Derma-Full Face Filling Cream for nine weeks] …

The day I received your e-mail … I wore my contact lenses instead of my glasses for the first time in seven months. I don’t use my contacts in daily life because I don’t like the look of my eye area and only wear them if I’m going to a … special occasion and even then I use a concealer.

However, Tuesday morning for once in a long time I felt like wearing my contacts and did not apply any concealer … [because I’m] not feeling so self-conscious about their appearance.

Your e-mail provided a good confidence boost and made me take a closer look at my dark circles again. What I’ve noticed is that previously I had very obvious dark rings around my eyes, although … not completely faded, I think they are less prominent …

I have big brown eyes and very long lashes however I used to hide behind my glasses because I was so uncomfortable with the appearance of these dark circles. I do believe they have slightly improved, but they are not as light as I would like them to be.
