The 7 Habits of Chronically Fit People


Food ObsessedStephen R. Covey started an empire with his book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. I don’t expect to do that but thought it would be fun to come up with my own list of The 7 Habits of Chronically Fit People.

Here are Covey’s original 7.

• Habit 1: Be Proactive
• Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind
• Habit 3: Put First Things First
• Habit 4: Think Win/Win
• Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood
• Habit 6: Synergize
• Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw

And here are Jean’s 7 Habits of Chronically Fit People

• Habit 1: Be Active
• Habit 2: Begin Today
• Habit 3: Put First Things First and the First Thing is Not Food
• Habit 4: Think Thin/Thin
• Habit 5: Seek First to Love Your Body, Then Act as if You Do
• Habit 6: Energize
• Habit 7: Find the Balance
