Hi,
I bought an LED gadget for home use and there was no instruction sheet saying how often I can use it. So I used it pretty much every day for three weeks for about 10 min. per session.
I started getting some weird headaches and am concerned that I might have had overexposure. Can I cause damage to my body using this device?
Please help.
Lara

Hi Lara,
I'm not a doctor, but I doubt it.
Can't you contact the retailer and ask for the missing instruction booklet? You might also do a Google search for directions. You don't mention who your device is made by, but if it's an FDA approved home beauty appliance, it has gone through a rigorous approval process with respect to safety.
I use a Baby Quasar two or three times a week for about 30 minutes per session (according to the instructions). That's much more exposure than you have gotten.
My advice is to stop using your device until you get more information.
Specifically you want to know if it is approved for safety (FDA, CE, etc.) and you want the manufacturer's instructions.
One more thought ... you're not shining it in your eyes are you? That certainly could cause headaches.
If the headaches continue, please see your doctor.
Regards
Jean
