There are many OTC products to treat PIH and acne scarring, but your first visit should be to a doctor.

Are there likely solutions you could provide for this?
I break out frequently which leaves some dull, ugly-looking acne scars, blackheads and black spots all over my face, especially on the cheek area and on the jaw.
This problem makes me feel so shy. However, all I can do is wear long hair to cover up the ugliness. I need your help so fast!
Thanks.

Hi Temmy,
Here is an article that may help you avoid and clear up those nasty spots: Some Steps to Deal with Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation.
However, before you go out and spend a fortune on OTC acne treatments, you really should consult a dermatologist. There are so many quick-acting treatments a medical doctor can provide for acne scarring that you may end up saving money!
Whatever you do, don’t let the way YOU think you look destroy your self confidence. Believe me, those “flaws” you see in the mirror are more obvious to you than to anyone else.
Style your hair however you want and put a big smile on your face. People will notice your lovely hair and welcoming smile.
Regards,
Jean
