Hi Jean,
I’m a new follower of your blog and want to let you know what a great service you provide for women over 40. Everything is so geared to younger women that it’s hard for us 40 and 50-something women to find appropriate looks.
I recently turned 45 and had one of those light bulb moments. I happened to glance in a full length mirror before heading out to work one morning. I thought, “Who are you trying to fool? You’re not 25 any more.” I didn’t have time to change so went to work in that look. I felt so uncomfortable all day that I did my best to hide in my cubicle. It was pretty depressing.
That evening, I Googled several terms and wasn’t impressed by any of the resources until I found your Pop Shop of Best Anti-Aging Books. I ordered two of them right away: Staging Your Comeback and Younger next Year for women.
While waiting for my books to come, I checked out the links from the Pop Shop to your related articles and found so much great stuff that I signed up as a follower. I love your upbeat approach and the wealth of information you have for us Age Warriors. That’s a good term; it sure describes how I feel. I’m in this battle to the end.
I especially enjoy the Sunday Ageless Beauty Pop Shops. It’s very helpful to find related products that you have recently recommended in one place that I can use to fill my wish list online.
Thank you for everything you do for us Age Warriors..
