[This report on the new Arbonne RE9 started yesterday.]
The new Arbonne RE9 Advanced pump bottle begins dispensing product after an average of three pumps. On a few occasions when I was selling Arbonne, I had customers return bottles saying the pumps didn’t work. I could usually get them going if I really worked on them.
The other complaint I frequently got about the pump bottles was that too much product remained when the pump could extract no more. For that, I showed my customers how to take the pretty complicated bottle apart to get at the rest of the ingredients. Lol.
With the launch of RE9 Advanced, the company shared that the prior design left an average of 20% of product behind. That’s a week or two worth of applications! The new design freely pumps out 94%, leaving just a day or two worth of product in the sealed bottle.
You may wonder why companies continue struggling to develop the perfect airless pump bottle.
Airless pump packaging is terrific for preserving product effectiveness, proper pH and antioxidant stability as well as for preventing bacterial contamination. The opaque outer sleeve occludes UV rays which would degrade some ingredients.
A look at RE9 Advanced Restorative Day Crème begins tomorrow.
