I've been reading your Baby Quasar reviews. I'm not sure how old they are - - .
I recently purchased a BQ and have been using it for 5 weeks. The results are really good. BUT I really want to make sure the LED Lights on my face are safe!
Is the writer of the review still using it and have they learned anymore about the safety? I would REALLY appreciate any updates you have!
Thank you!
Karen
=============================================
Hi Karen,
Yes, I still use my Baby Quasar and am sold on its benefits. Here's the last post I did about the Baby Quasar just two months ago. The article also tells you what to look you for in an LED wand.
For an idea of what to avoid, read about this particular device offered on eBay.
As for safety, you may know that home-use LED wands were developed based on research done by NASA. However NASA’s is not the only research which supports the efficacy of photodynamic therapy. Other researchers have tested phototherapy using wavelengths such as Baby Quasar uses and found them to be unequivocally beneficial. The Baby Quasar and many other LED appliances have been FDA-approved as safe for home use.
The only negative feedback I've heard from readers is with respect to getting warranty service for one popular brand of LED wand.
You're welcome!
Regards,
Jean
