As I look at that headline, I realize it could be taken many ways. However here, I’m referring to a belief I just has confirmed. It’s something I try my best to do every day: to be nice to everyone who contacts our website even when they’re angry or mistaken or even rude.

I recently bought a Galvanic Spa, received it 7/24 and started using it on the 26th. It is August 1st; I have already used up the first box of gels and have seen absolutely no improvement whatsoever :-(
I would like to return it and get a refund on this product.
Can you tell me what I need to do? Unfortunately I'm a little crunched for time, so at your earliest convenience, I do hope you can let me know.

I had gotten an email concerning my shipment from: Ageless Beauty @ marketplace.amazon.com.
I see now that the name is similar, but I need to go to Marketplace.amazon.com
