Educated Consumer Designs Own Anti-Aging Program: P.M.

[This conversation with Maria started Monday. As promised, today we’ll look at Maria’s P.M. Routine for her 30-something combination skin.]

Vivite Vibrance Brightening TherapyEvening:

1) UNT Clearegen AHA/ BHA Serum when needed.

2)
Vivite Vibrance Therapy Antioxidant Treatment.

3)
Prototype #37-C 99% Peptide Concentration anti-wrinkle.

4) Hydrolyze for eyes.

5)
RéVive Moisturizing Renewal Cream for the face.

Other:

I use
Skinceuticals Refining Night Cream moisturizer 1-2 times a week (Retinol 0.5) at night and NIA24 Skin Strengthening Complex - with 5% Pro-Niacin to repair sun damage - every 3 months for a month as a night moisturizer.

When I need extra moisture, I use
UNT Aqua Fortis Serum which contains a huge amount of Hyaluronic Acid and with Matrixyl.

So far, the most difference seems to be made by:

• UNT Clearegen – its result gets enhanced by …
Swisa Beauty Sensation Dead Sea Peel 2-3 times a week - the best exfoliator I ever found - the combination gives a very clear and even skin surface;
• Vivite Vibrance Therapy - amazing how many years one can take off the face just by improving the skin tone;
• Prototype 37 C - gets rid of wrinkles quite visibly and fast;
• RéVive - certainly helps for the facial volume (wrinkles around the mouth seem to get less deep);
• Hydrolyze - actually, GETS RID of the crow feet; and
La Roche-Posay Derm AOX seems to tighten skin and give a nice brightness.

Come back tomorrow for the conclusion of this skin care regimen for 30-something combination skin, including my suggestions for Maria.
