I assume you are trying to contact the manufacturer of the Evis Beauty MD Platinum LED Wand. I get a lot of inquiries because the original owners named their company and their wand “Ageless Beauty”.

Since the LED wand is still being made and sold at some pretty upscale stores, I don’t understand why the company is so difficult to locate. I get a lot of mail from people trying to get parts or warranty service. The stores which sell the wand don’t seem to be able to help.

It’s very curious.

Here’s the latest information I have (written just a couple of months ago). When I went to check the links for you, I found that the company has once again changed or closed its website.
