Oh No - Not Another Ageless Beauty!

Why would I be distressed to learn that there's another ageless beauty? After all, the raison d'etre of this blog and my website is to help every one of you be one!

On 11/10 around 1:30 to 2:00 pm I was in the xxxxxx Mall. The two employees in the Ageless Beauty Kiosk were very aggressive with me as I was walking by even after I told them I was not interested.

The woman followed me continuing to badger me and when I ignored her she said "What, are you Jewish or something?" Ten minutes later I had to walk past the kiosk again, and they both started harassing me again.

I have reported this to mall management and I hope you will re-train or replace them

We own the internet domain name of AgelessBeauty.com. Unfortunately we can't copyright the phrase "Ageless Beauty" and thereby prevent other companies from using it.

I'm aware of an Ageless Beauty company that manufactured and marketed an LED facial wand using "our name", but the company sold out to Evis and the device is now sold under a different name. However, I continue to get complaints about that product years later. Not fun :- (

This Ageless Beauty is an online magazine about all things anti-aging. We keep on top of anti-aging developments. We test products and write articles. We don't make or sell any products, but rather, advertisers buy space on our site - as they do for a paper magazine.

I appreciate your contacting me to complain. It enables me to better deal with any future complaints like yours. I want to find out more about the particular Ageless Beauty which sells from kiosks so that I can better defend our good name and reputation.
