I just found your website and I'm enjoying the great reviews and information.
I'd love to know your suggestion for a good anti-aging and preventative morning and evening regime after cleansing. You have great products on your lists but do I need to use all 10?
At not quite age 50 I'm hoping a bit of attention now will help later!
Thanks in advance.
Diane

Good thinking, Diane. You’re absolutely right!
Preventing the signs of aging and starting to replace what your skin is losing as soon as possible is more effective than trying to erase wrinkles and age spots after they appear.
Step #1 is broad spectrum sun protection. Sun damage accounts for 80 to 90% of the skin damage we refer to as aging. In fact such damage is coming to be popularly known as photo-aging to raise awareness of that fact. So I hope you’re covered (pun intended) in that regard.
This article, Step Up Your Skin Care, will give you an overview of what topical products your skin craves as it ages.
No, you don’t have to use all ten products from my Top Ten Lists. They’re not designed to be put together into a complete skin anti-aging routine. They’re “just” the best of the best, regardless of product category.
I answered a similar question recently and wrote a series titled Is There a One-Size-Fits-All Anti-Aging Skincare Routine? After reading it, please write again if you have further questions.
I’m glad you’re enjoying the Ageless Beauty blog. Thank you for letting me know.
