Have Some Tea with Your LED

I just ordered myself a Baby Quasar and have been reading your blog comments about you and your own Quasar.

You mentioned that you are currently trying a combination of the Quasar and green tea cream. Which cream(s) do you recommend? I would like to do the same but have no clue as to which are quality products.

Would love your opinion.

Hi Debbie,

Look for Green Tea Extract, EGCG or Epigallocatechin Gallate high up in the ingredient list. Also look for air-tight opaque packaging. Antioxidants degrade rapidly when exposed to light and/or air. The best containers would be solid color vacuum pump bottles. Pump bottles are next best, followed by tubes which can be tightly capped after use. Store away from light for extra protection.

Here are some of the best options in order of preference:

1. Green Tea Botanicals Collagen Renewal Serum in solid color vacuum pump bottle;
2. John Masters Organics Green Tea and Rose Hydrating Face Serum in dark color pump bottle;
3. June Jacobs Green Tea Serum in translucent vacuum pump bottle (store away from light); or
4. Sudden Change Green Tea Creams are a drugstore bargain option packaged in solid color tubes.
