The Most Innovative Anti-Aging Product of 2010: the Wrinkle Prevention Pillow

You may laugh when I tell you that I think the About-Face Wrinkle Prevention Pillow was the most innovative anti-aging product of 2010. But please suspend your disbelief while I tell you about it.

Mine was sort of a Christmas present from Patty Colman, the inventor and president of the About-Face Company. No strings attached.

My Wrinkle Prevention Pillow is made of memory foam encased in a satiny pillowcase. There’s also a polyfill version. Nothing unique there.

What is unique about the pillow are the size and shape. It’s small – a mere 12 x 15 x 3 ½ inches. The shape can best be described as resembling a chunky dog biscuit.

Are you wondering how you could sleep comfortably on something like that and not be rolling off it all night long? So did I. But the pillow conforms to your head, cradling it in such a way that it encourages you to remain on your back.

We all know that’s the best way to avoid the dreaded morning pillow face.
