Mint pomegranate cocktail with lime juice
4 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
6 tablespoons fresh squeezed pomegranate juice
100 ml lemonade
2 tablespoons of sparkling mineral water 7-10 leaves of fresh mint some ice cubes
Mix everything in a cocktail glass and drink it through a straw.
Spicy Salad
1 mid-sized lime - fresh squeezed juice
400 g shredded red cabbage
100 g chopped radish
100 g chopped bunching onion
3 large-sized peeled and chopped kiwifruits
3 minced cloves of garlic
20 grams crushed peanuts
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 pinches of salt
The salad can be decorated with some leaves of rosemary or basil.
