Easy Steps to Prevent Wrinkles


Just a single wrinkle on one’s face creates a fear of aging. The sad fact is that as we grow older we get wrinkles. The order is usually like this: a person gets wrinkles and then rush to get an expensive and painful treatment to remove them. But wouldn’t it be better to prevent them? Of course not all of them can be stopped but some can for sure.
Let me give you a few tips on how it can be done.

Sleeping on one side for many years will cause wrinkles on that side. Solution is simple – try changing your sleeping position! It is not easy sometimes but it can be done. Believe me.

Are you a smoker? If you are, then it is time to quit. Smokers develop wrinkles called smoker lines, so you have to decide what you value more – beautiful and healthy skin or having a cigarette. For me the choice is simple and obvious. Smoking also damages collagen in the skin and skin starts to look old and dry. Just look at the face of a smoker and you will know what I am talking about.

Make sure that you stay away from the sun if you are unprotected. Sun damages skin immediately so make sure that you are always protected. And remember, not only in the summer, but throughout the year. Simply wear sunglasses, brimmed hats and apply sunscreen of at least SPF15 and you will just fine.

Use antioxidant cream and moisturizers. They will stop your skin from drying.
Remember of healthy diet with lots of vitamins and minerals. You can check my blog for some good recipes for healthy skin. It is difficult to provide your body with the right amount of vitamins and minerals through diet, so take supplements.

Take these preventive steps when you are young and the signs of ageing might never show on your face. Avoid costly and painful treatments and enjoy beautiful, healthy and wrinkle free skin.
