Longing

This time of year lends itself to the strange phenomenon of various bugs hanging on the windows for days at a time. I shot this photo of a wasp that seemed to have an expression of true longing:



Can you believe that face? I can practically hear him buzzing, “Let me in! It’s getting cold out here!”
